Can anyone please suggest posting GIFT DEED / LOE format?

Hello everyone. I got ITA today, 20th april. I need to execute a gift deed between me and my mother and for the same purpose i need some help with the format that is in compliance with the CIC or VO's requirements. Can someone please post the image/links to the format?
What lawful steps should be followed? should it be on a stamp paper or franking?

Also please can someone post a sample LOE that shows such transfer or funds and Gift deed document details. This will be very helpful for many other people in the group as well.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone will give you their gift deed/letter as it has their personal information on the Deed. I think if you Google 'Gift Deed Template' you may find your answer.

Ok thanks Joacky, i will figure that out. Could you or someone else reading this thread please post atleast a Sample LOE outling details regarding the gift deed and the transaction from one account to another. ?

For LOE, can someone please post a link that has a sample LOE or outlines the format of a LOE specifically incase of Gift deed.
