I've filed my application under CEC in Dec 2011. At that time I was single, but i got married in Feb 2012. I received my AOR today. So should i add my wives name in my application or shall i wait until i get my PR and then apply for my wife's immigration ???

you have to update immediately otherwise you will be in trouble.

Yes, now that you have your AOR and file number, you need to contact your Visa Office immediately, inform that you have gotten married and need to add your wife to your applicaiton. They should provide instructions on what to do...

I would have waited for your PR before you got Married because it can get a lot more complicated with a spouse. However whats done is done. You have to contact CIC immediatly and update them with your information. I think you may need to fill up additional documents/information but I am not a hundred percent sure
