Can anybody tell when the return tracker gets activated after EE approval!!

I got my EE application status updated as "Approved" on this Tuesday (16th November) but so far my return tracker is not activated.
I sent my passport to CPC Ottawa. Can anybody tell me how much time Xpresspost return tracker takes to get activated ?
