Dont worry, be patient. My case took 19 working days and I got my PP in middle of Aug for classes starting on 1st Sep. You have plenty of time left and 9 working days isn't a lot by any stretch of the imagination. And, stop comparing yourself with other people's processing times, every case is different. Go out with friends, hang out, watch movies...stop thinking about visa for now. I know easier said than done though. Good luck.
