hi umer ,

If you are issued a post secondary study permit then you can change freely between institutions and the program of study. You do not have to inform CIC about it as long as you are a full time student

thanxx dear .. whenever i ll gt visa after it if i wana change my college then i have to apply another university/college when i ll be accepted there then i shud go or i shud go to canada after getting visa and then apply there physically...what u say??

Hello. Not sure exactly what you are trying to ask but my advice would always be honest and inform the immigration authority of any change in you circumstances including change of college.
