hi canada immigration,

if you don't mind being asked, is the answer of yours as the employer can pullout your applied pr under pnp is an impression or factual coming from by the book or rules of immigration?...just pondering what would be the essence of you paid up for the right of landing or the so called right of permanent residence fee then undergoing medical examination passing it at the last stroke everything processed will just be destroyed? (the applicant already infused all the fees required and the guidelines dutifully followed)...theory or thesis?

i hope you don't mind to be asked; your reply is very much appreciated thank you.

A couple of things that needs to be clarified before we can ascertain a response.
1. When you said sponsored - did the employer provide you a qualifying job offer that makes you eligible for applying for provincial nomination under economic-driven streams (i.e. skilled worker, critical impact, EE etc.)? Is this understanding correct?
2. Who actually filed the application - you, or your employer (acting as an agent on your behalf) or a third-party agent?
3. Which PNP program is this?

You may choose to send me a PM if you are not comfortable with sharing the answers on a public forum.
