Can AINP cancel nominations or PRs after approval?

Maybe I am getting a bit paranoid; am the worrying type I think.

But can AINP cancel PRs even after they are approved by CIC? Or during CIC process? Or .........after a person has landed?

This is not the first time changes have been applied retroactively.

Once you get your PR, CIC takes control and precedence not Alberta. And Canada is a land of immigrants, they can't do such stupid things.

On what basis / reason do you think they will cancel after they approve a PR ?

I think, whenever you get this thought - the quick treatment would be take a shot of tequila to calm the nerves, I tell you it really helps at least temporarily because these thoughts are symptoms of paranoia.

However the best treatment is to have faith, hope and positive thoughts and the future will take / guide you where you really ought to be !

AINP or any other Province which nominates the Applicant can withdraw and cancell the Nomination at any time before CIC issues PR visa, but not after you Landed.
