Two options, if you are doing Masters from on the of designated Ontario Universities, than you can try PNP under Masters Program. Second is employer stream, in which your employer has to lodge PNP application for you. But it has restriction too. At least 2 years of Post Secondary study in Canada, OR 1 year Post Graduate Certification which require previous degree which may be obtained from Abroad.
