Hi

My spouse serves with the Indian army( fighting arm) i plan to take a PR and move to canada with my 3 yr old son. My husband plans to take a VRS from his service in a year or two. can he either apply for a PR or come on a student visa.?
What are the chances of my visa being rejected being an army spouse?

You would not be rejected as an army spouse. Being in the army has nothing to do with Express Entry. You need to be eligible and have enough CRS points to be invited (468+). If you are the main applicant, then he comes as your spouse. He would not need a study permit if you have PR.

hi thank you
i have a 472 score. i am a single applicant as my husband is still serving. i am worried if his visa would be denied when he applies later

You are not a single applicant. You are a married applicant. He would not be denied based on his military service. He needs to go through police checks and medicals.
