Can a PR (who immigrated as FSW) move to Quebec and apply for Citizenship after 3 years?

I am a current PR card holder (obtained through the FSW) and I haven't definitely moved to Canada yet.

So, due to I am open to job opportunities all over Canada, I am wondering if I will face or not any troubles applying for citizenship if I moved to Quebec.

I do not think so that you will have any trouble settling in quebec. The restriction is only for initial landing once that done u can reside whereever u like
