Can a PR sponsor for a sibling be eligible to pay Domestic fees if they are the only sponsor?

As the title says my sibling holds a PR and will be funding my education. Would they be eligible to pay the domestic fee rate for me considering the fact that the sponsor is the only sole provider of funds for my education?

I know this is probably not a very common scenario but I'd like to hear genuine answers on this and not speculative answers.

No. Also not uncommon for a PR or Canadian citizen relative to sponsor a family member's education. Whether you pay domestic or international fees depends on your status only.
