Can a PGWP holder apply to jobs that says applicant shouldn't need sponsorship?

I'm applying for tech jobs. I have PGWP (post graduation work permit) which is valid for the next 2.5 years. one of the jobs that I'm interested says "applicant shouldn't need sponsorship". does this mean I can apply? what if they offer me the job and after few month they withdraw the offer when they realize my PGWP is not extendible after 3 years and I need sponsorship after that?

It sounds to me like the employer doesn't want to go through the LMIA process. However it's impossible to say what they mean for certain. You'll have to ask them directly.
