If you wife wants to work as a nurse in Canada , she has to register in Canada. she is not eligible to work as a nurse without any license.itme said:
but, working as a Caregiver no need to any license. and no need to IELTS as well.

A FRIEND OF MINE WAS DENIED UNDER FSW FOR NOT PASSING THE SCORE OF 67
HE IS A REGISTERED NURSE IN THE PHILIPPINES WITH MORE THAT 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
HE IS PRESENTLY EMPLOYED AS A NURSE IN SAUDI
HIS WIFE DID NOT FINISHED COLLEGE FOR THAT HE RECEIVED 00 IN ADAPTABILITY
IF HE GETS AN AEO CAN HE APPLY AGAIN?
