i have a friend who just recently arrived 1st week of sept 2012 in the us with an E32 visa. all his papers are legally obtained but since his arrival the cold triggered his liver and kidney problem and wants to go back home. will immgration at the airport stop him from leaving because of his E32 visa wherein a employer petitioned him and paid for the processing of his visa. will immigration question him why he wants to leave so soon and call up his employer and be detained for questioning? he has realized that the salary promised to him is way too low considering the cost of living and he doesn't care anymore if his visa will be taken away form him. all he cares now is to go back home and would rather face the breach of contract he will face against his employer and his recruitment agency. will he be detained at the airport if they find out he has abandoned his employer?
