Can a minor stay in Canada with an adult sibling?

Please accept my apologies if I posted in a wrong section. I'm new here. :)
I'm a minor currently holding a valid PR card and I have plenty of time to complete my stay. The problem is that my parents cannot live in Canada due to family and business obligations. They also hold PR cards.
My question is whether I can live with my 19 year old sister who holds a PR card and is not registered as my guardian.
My sister has been living there since she was an adult and is well on her way to getting citizenship.

If you could please answer my question, I would be very grateful. I would be even more grateful if the actual rules and regulations could be found somewhere regarding this point.

Pre-Assessed..
According to CIC, if you were a minor child on a study permit, you would be able to stay with any responsible adult without a problem, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-minors.asp so I don't see why it should be a problem if you are a PR.

However, it would be safer for your parents to give your sister some kind of letter of guardianship in case she needs to sign something for you or somebody, at your school for example, insists on talking to your guardian.

Ahh...
Thank you for the quick reply. Much appreciated.
I'll work with my parents towards getting that letter of guardianship.
Thanks,
