Can a blood relative take the guarantee on behalf of the applicant for the POF?

Hello friends,
I am filing my PR petition from Pakistan in the category of an accountant. I am showing my current bank certification letter as the POF with
$12000 in Pak. Currency.

I am just asking this question for my knowledge.
Can my uncle in Toronto take my guarantee for the POF by opening my account in Toronto or by giving his sponsorship letter or showing his bank balance on my behalf?

If you are going in via FSW NOC Category - the fund needs to absolutely belong to you.

There is nothing your uncle can do to help you with POF. You must show POF on your own.
