Can a BCPNP nominated Permanent Resident move to another province?

I acquired my permanent residency in British Columbia under the BC Provincial Nominee Program and landed (or flag-polled) in the same province in August, 2015.

After browsing for full time employment, I am finding better job opportunities for myself in Ontario, and also have an acceptance letter in a Northern Ontario college starting Fall of 2016.

I was wondering if it is alright for me to move to Ontario for a potential job and/or school and still be eligible to apply for my Canadian Citizenship after completing 1,460 days in Canada as a permanent resident; Contrary to the popular belief, that I need to stay in the province that nominated me, until I get my citizenship.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
