Can 2 persons under Skilled Worker show a same relative residing in Canada?

Dear friends,

My nephew's own brother is in Canada. My nephew is applying for permanent residence in Canada. While, I am also applying at the same time. My nephew has mentioned his brother as a close relative residing in Canada under adaptability. Now, Can I also mention the same person (my nephew's brother who is my nephew of course) as a close relative residing in Canada at the same time?
