Can 2 non-Canadians get married in Canada.? And NOT looking for Canadian PR.

Hi,
I am an Indian and want to marry my Girl-friend who is basically a Pak-origin US national. My Girl-friend's Pakistani origin status is getting her a lot of problems for Tourist visa for India. My Fiance Visa application has also been let down by the US-VFS here.
Is it possible if we could get married somewhere in Canada??.
We don't have any distant intentions of settling down in CANADA.

If you are muslim there should be no issues you just go to any imam and if will arrange a nikahnama.
