I am currently looking forward to apply for my PR through express entry; however I am having difficulties in matching my duties of my Back office coordinator/representative Role with the correct NOC Code.
I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me in finding the correct NOC Code.
The company I work for are offering repair services and I am actually having a lot of duties to do. I would say it's a mix of a few roles. Besides, I am sharing some of my duties with other people, who are in a totally different role
Main duties include
Managing our repair services (what was done, what needs to be done on each request)
Actively coordinating with technicians for the parts, required for repair
Purchase of those parts, managing every order, updating everything on a file
Coordinating with suppliers on the phone (rare) and his e-mail.
Creating new accounts with new suppliers
Delivery receiving (specific once)
Statements, invoices receiving, adding this info to the company’s files
Also, I am preparing income files for our technicians
