Cambridge could be enough or more?

Hello all,
I ask for the General Test / Band 8 expectation
reading passages from the actual test is really difficult, each one of them is equal to the whole passage of the General IELTS test as I've practiced!

So for getting band 8, for someone that able to get 7 - 7.5 practicing all Cambridge IELTS from 1 to 15 could be enough?
