Calling IRCC from outside Canada

Hi all,

Did anyone manage to call IRCC(18882422100) through SKYPE? I kept getting "you call can not be completed" response. Shall I keep calling until I get a response or is the number not working anymore? Is there another number I can use for getting update on my FSW application status
