hii how to call IRCC from India??

Should you wish to consult Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) directly, you may do so via:

• Phone (when calling from within Canada): 1.888.242.2100
• Phone (when calling from outside of Canada): 1.613.944.4000
• Submit a Case Specific Enquiry form
• Email for general questions: question@cic.gc.ca

I believe calling from outside will be a hassle, not sure if anyone has been successful calling them from outside Canada. You can try and see or send a webform.

The 2nd number does not belong to IRCC. It was probably for IRCC earlier but now it belongs to Global Affairs Canada.
