Calling CIC from outside Canada

Hi,

So I'm sure many people try calling CIC from outside Canada and never get through. I have tried Google Voice but it just doesn't transfer the call. Unsure about Skype.

Anyone have success in calling them from outside Canada in a different manner, please?

You must have a canadian phone number.
