Called Cic but didn’t get any information

Hi all

I called to Cic today for my file number enquire. But they said they processed so far may 17 2019 applications.

But my file received May 16 2019 as per Canada post record .

So I don’t know where is my file

April applicants are still getting their AOR. It seems to take around 3 months to get the AOR, so you are fine
