Call Centre agent to Supervisor

Hello All,

I have one question that i was Call centre agent which comes in 2282 due to technical support and then became supervisor.
Do CEC ask for pay requirement which needs to be median?
I was getting minimum pay but than i was getting incentives and commission which made it around $13/Hr.

Do you think i can include that in my express entry to get additional points?

FYI - I do have supervisor level experience which is already shown. I am trying to find way to increase my point to get ITA.

Hi, Thanks for response.

I do have offer letter but it does not explain all. What i can do is just get multiple offer letter. One for Call centre agent and another for supervisor as both are different. Will that work??
Please advice.
