California Background Check

I need to submit California Background DOJ Check report, and their website states finger should be rolled California certified roller; however, I am now located in India and there are no California certified rollers here.

How can I deal with this? Please advice

2 options: either come to California for fingerprints or your case gets denied for not responding to documents requested by CIC.
