calculation of payment fees

Hello!

This may sound stupid but can anyone please help us calculate our fees? ;D

My sister is under the Live-in caregiver program and is now going to file for her PR status. Given the fact that she's also going to apply for an open work permit, and has 2 kids ages 5&3 back in our home country that she will include in her application, how much is she going to pay?

$550+$150+$150+$150 then she will have to pay the RPRF $490 Does she have a spouse? If so another $550 + $490
