Calculation of hours worked

Hello, I am so confused on how the calculation works for the 1 year full-time experience, as it doesn't clarify how paid sick leave and paid vacation are factored into this calculation.

For example, I had Job A and working Job B now, both hired as full-time.

Job A: Although I was hired as a full-time worker, my first week was only 20 hours due to it being a training period.

Job B: This position offers 10 days of paid vacation and 3 days of paid sick leaves, and I took 7 of the paid vacation and 1 of the sick leave, resulting in 3 weeks where my working hours were under 30.

Holidays: Occasionally, holidays reduce my weekly working hours to under 30.

So let's say I worked 12 months already, do I need to work for one or two more months before I submit my application in order to cover those weeks that were under 30 hours, to be considered having 1 year full-time experience?
