Calculation in Foreign Work Experience in CRS

I am confused if whether my experience in Company A counts..

My foreign experience:
1. First Job (Company A) - 11 months
2. Second Job (Company B) - 2 year 3 months

I would like to know if the Company A experience can be counted back, after I have completed at least 1 year continuous experience in Company B.

If it counts, I would already have 3 year foreign experience now.
It it doesnt, I would only have two year foreign experience. And I have to work till 3 years in Company B, if I aim to maximize my CRS points on foreign work experience.

It can count if your primary NOC is from Company B.
