Calculating PR Validity

Hi,

I got my CoPR approved in July 2022 and did my landing in December 2022 via road. As I am still waiting on my employer to transfer me to Canada, I came back to US immediately after doing my landing.

Here is my question:

1. How will the 5 years for PR validity be calculated? Since July 2022 or December 2022?
2. I have not received my PR card yet but will the validity of my PR match that on the PR card?
3. The residency requirement is that I need to be in Canada for 730 days. I understand that it can be broken down into multiple stays. So if I stay in US for another 2 years and then move to Canada, I would still be able to meet the residency requirements for PR, right?
