Calculating CLB / IELTS points for NBPNP

Hi guys,
I'm confused with calculating clb/ielts points for NBPNP
is each skill (L R W S) calculated separately, or I only get the total points if an only if i have the same CLB for every skill.

E.x. if I got an ielts score 6 6.5 7 6 for L R W S respectively
How will that score be calculated? Do I get the score of each skill separately whitch is 4 5 6 4 = 19 points
or I only get the score based on the lowest CLB which is clb7 in my case, thus I get 4 4 4 4 = 16 points

You calculate each skill separately. =19 points

Hi Guys,

I have got my IELTS result on my hand. Its

Reading: 6.5
Speaking: 6.5
Writing: 6.5
Listening: 7.0

Whats the point for this ?? It will be respectively 5+5+5+5 = 20

Am i right ??
