Calculate time from Refugee Claimant to Humanitarian to PR for Citizenship

Hello,
I am trying to find some info on one's status once your application for humanitarian grounds has been accepted and have to apply for PR. I need to know if I fall under the temporary resident term once my humanitarian application has been approved so I can count those days as half day to apply for citizenship. I had a failed refugee claim. Please see my timeline below:

2017 - Came to Canada in as refugee claimant
2018 - Case got rejected
2019 - filed for humanitarian
2021 - Humanitarian application got approved
2022 - Received PR

Already responded to in your other thread. Start counting from the time you became a PR. No credit for pre-PR time.
