Cairo office- spousal sponsorship application

My sponsor has just been approved and my PR application has just been transfered to Cairo Office. Does anyone has simlar application at this office so we can share our time lines?

yes, i iam from egypt, i sent the file in 16/11/2014 and cic told us that my spouse is approved (eligible to sponsor me) my application transferred to cairo in 8/3/2015 and waiting to ask me to do medical examination and to make a decision about me
