I've received my CAIPS notes and there is something I do not understand. We are in process of getting PR through FSW. So nn the notes there is a medical assessment result (M01 and other '1'ns for other codes) for me, primary applicant but there is nothing for my wife: there is no numbers next to M letter etc. Also there is no copy of e-mail to CPIS for her. What does it mean? We've done medical together at the same day (end of Nov'10). Since that there is only one BFD in Jan'2011 but there is no notes for that date.

MEDDEC : M01 is Medical selection decision - Passed. It is perfect.
If there is a 'N' marked for your spouse it means : Medical report not received for the family member.

If the medical report is not received, the visa office should send you a reminder. Anyhow you can send a case specific enquiry stating this matter and ask the status of your file.

wilson, thank you for reply. basically there is no numbers and no letters in medical assessment section related to my wife as well as there is no numbers next to med code letters so it looks like this " M H D T S . E ". Also there is no validation date for medical next to her name in the summary section so it looks like this:
FAMILY MEMBERS ID OF BIRTH SEC CRIM STAGE VALIDITY
DOE, JOHN 12345678 01-01-1901 M01 23-11-2011
DOE, JANE 02-02-1902

do you think that in this situation it is a good idea to send them an e-mail?

Hey MacArrow,

Nothing to worry about I was in the same situation where in the CAIPS notes my wife medical code was empty, i sent a case specific enquiry to them and they said the medicals have been received and soon we got the PPR. So I would say dont worry about it, if you are too anxious then send a case specific enquiry to rest your fears :)
