I got my CAIPS in Nov. 2010
and second time I got today, June 2011.

Second one is word to word copy of first one.
1) In Sept 2010 I submitted IELTS
2) I got medical request on 19 May 2011.
3) As per Nov 2010 my BFD was Dec 2010, but can not see any other BFD after Dec 2010.
4) New Caips does not indicate that I applied & got Caips earlier also.

I applied for CAIPS through Caipsnotes.com both the time, I am suspecting even second time I have been forwarded my earlier copy. Because, as per first caips I was awarded 8 points for claimed English proficiency for my explanation/reasons but I was asked to I submit IELTS. I attempted & got 14 points in IELTS, but my new report still shows 8 points.

Could it possible that site owner applied and got similar copy even after so many update happened since my last CAIPs notes?

Please reply.

thanks.

I claimed 16 points for English, & wrote explanation for that
But they awarded 8 points only for English, and I had to take IELTS.

that's what I am thinking that this is not new, but not sure if site owner returned me old file or could get same file from CIC?
and looking for seniors view.

Hi Canada_dream100,
I did not also take IELtS and when i got Caips last January, my official language indicated 1. which is fluent in English and what about you? I have no break down points. Still waiting.

I am still waiting to hear from them.

Do you think , they might also ask me to take IELTS?

Thanks and waiting.

I think that is very unlikely you will get the same CAIPS Notes from CIC, write an email to the site you ordered CAIPS and ask them if by mistake they have forwarded the old report instead of the new one, it may be a human error. If they reply they have sent the latest report, I would suggest try to get the CAIPS from other site and after getting it from them and if there is a difference, then confront the first company about the same.

Just my 2 cents.

As we know that last word is always from VO, can't predict.

Following are only a calculated guess,

-If your native is English speaking country, then you might not need to write IELTS

-otherwise even if you have studied or worked in English speaking country and claiming high proficiency, as per my experience I would suggest to take the IELTS.
But as you suggested a point from CAIPS "my official language indicated 1", then you might not need to take IETLS.

I want to write to the site, just waiting for comments form either of heavy weight champions.

Thanks friend. I will just wait. I did English Language as my major, when i was doing my undergraduate studies, i also speak French as a second language. I think all should be fine.

Thanks.

When was your 1st and last CAIPS's BF'd dates?
I'd use a different farm to process my CAIPS if I ordered for the 2nd time.
if you have sent your IELTS score then its fine; you'll get your points for language.

CIC's processing has recently started and you'd will as well.

My Language code : 01 means high english, I submitted IELTS (high) , proof in written (my technical documentation of project I did before), but still individual points not mentioned in my CAIPS note too.

I got my first Caips in Nov 2010, and second one in June 2011,
shouldn't my recent report have entry for Caips request, which I got in Nov 2010.

If recent caips can be without having info of previous caips request, then I will close this chapter, and I wish to confirm the same.

Ok, if your new CAIPS will not show any update on points then write to VO.
We can query to VO depend on CAIPS.
