Caips notes

After ordering gcms notes I came to know the exact reason but I was expecting many more reasons as there is a course mismatch in my case. The caips notes only mentioned about selection of Canada when the same program is offered in home country.

My question is, in my LOE, should I be answering only the point mentioned in notes or everything which is usually provided in SOP?

My brother hired a consultant for my 2nd application. So, basically when I spoke to her, she said she is not going to only focus on the reasons in the GCMS report. No doubt that you should try to provide explanation for whatever is in the GCMS report but at the same time, you should write about your strengths and about other documents that you are submitting to avoid any more rejections in future. Revise your SOP also.
