I am just wondering if i will apply for caips note regarding my application before aor or wait till after aor and stay in the dark???? i applied cec since august, 2012 and all august applicants got their aor except me. can someone pls respond?? Thanks

You are welcome to apply for it free under the Privacy Act. Each application is unique, so it doesn't mean much that others have AOR and you don't.
