CAIPS notes interpretation - no interview-related comments?

Hi,

I just got CAIPS notes for my wife's interview, which is at the end of June. Would someone be able to help explain why there are no interview-related markings on it?

The fields titled "Interview" and "Time" are left blank and only "PSDEC" is showing as "1", with everything else (SELDEC, BDEC, MEDDEC, OREQ and FINDEC) showing as "0". Also, there are no other visa officer notes that would suggest why an interview was called (other than a previous trv app that was refused because there weren't compelling reasons for her to leave Canada).

I don't think the interview fields are blank because we applied for caips too early since we rec'd the notes a few days after notification that an interview date had been set. Should I apply for another set of caips notes just to be sure?

Just curious ... When did you order your CAIPS? My husband had his interview and received his visa already but we STILL don't have the CAIPS notes we ordered March 24. I guess it doesn't really matter too much now anyways.

My ordering of caips notes was a comedy of errors but suffice it to say I sent in the request on mar 25 and it was processed on may 7th, and I rec'd it yday. I also followed up with the contact provided on the confirmation of receipt a couple of times to ensure it was on track, and he said he'd make notes on file about the urgency due to an upcoming interview.
