I guess I wanted to start this new topic on Caips as I noticed someone is asking about something else.

I have no idea what this is....is this government runned?......What is the cost? How long does it take?

Why doesnt CIC website ever mention this.

Like we have explained in many threads.. search in the forum for CAIPS in subject line.. and google it.. its very well explained and way too many threads on the same subject..
