i am working as Draftsman in UAE but recently contacted by one oil & gas company from Canada & they are interested to hire me .... so kindly need help what documents they need to apply for my LMO? how much time it will take & whats qualification required to obtain LMO?

1. The employer has to advertise the position for 2 weeks minimum on the job back.
2. They then must apply for an approved Labour Market Opinion from HRSDC and demonstrate why no Canadian/PRs are qualified for the position.
3. If approved, then you apply with the LMO to your local visa office for a work permit.
