C-6 counting days absent

Under the new C-6 (now law), is the following criteria still valid for calculating days present in Canada (taken from
CIT 0407 (06-2015) E, "HOW TO CALCULATE PHYSICAL PRESENCE"):

• You leave Canada on July 5 and return to Canada on the same day; total number of days absent = 0
• You leave Canada on July 5 and return to Canada on July 6; total number of days absent = 0
• You leave Canada on July 5 and return to Canada on July 12; total number of days absent = 6

Yes. The law only changed the number of days necessary, not the definition of physical presence itself.
