Hi all , is it true that a bill called (C 21) is currently being considered in the parliament will allow IRCC to monitor all exits and entries of passengers leaving and entering Canada so IRCC will know exactly how long someone’s physical presence in Canada , and many procedures like RQ will no longer be needed , anybody have an idea about this bill and when it is going to implemented

This is all fine and good, but I've requested and seen the records of my entries and exits and it wasn't complete. I've heard others state the same. I can't imagine how they will capture exits through the land borders seeing as the US and Canada don't appear to share information.
