Hi all,
Does anyone know if I have to disclose a by-law offence (non-criminal) conviction (TTC By-law #1) in my permanent residency application on the Background/Declaration form (IMM 5669)?
Section 6(a) reads: Have you ever a) been convicted of a crime or offence in Canada for which a pardon has not been granted under the Criminal Records Act of Canada?
Technically it is an offence, but I'm not sure if the mention of pardons means that they are only concerned with criminal law offences? Has anyone had experience with this?
Thanks in advance!
