After how long the delivery, my new born can travel back to home country? Do we need to get home country visa on Canadian Passport or is there any other way?
If yes, Also tell me what would be the maximum period of “by birth citizen baby” may leave Canada.
Please advice.

If you are Indian, apply for OCI thro BLS. After getting Canadian passport, anytime child can leave canada.
The above process may take around 2 to 3 months time.

If your baby was born in Canada your baby may leave Canada for the next 50 years if he/she chooses and will be able to come and go as he/she pleases. If you are a PR, you do not have that same luxury and your citizen child will NOT protect your PR if you are not living inside Canada.
