BWOP/PR Application timelines

Applied online for my BWOP today (May 25) my current IEC visa ends on July 28. Also in the pool for PR with 447 points.

My question is will the BWOP come through before the end of July? and if so do I need to flagpole at the border to activate to continue working through the summer?

Also do you have to flagpole when your PR is approved too?

No idea if you BOWP will be approved until end of July - CIC website says it's taking 48 days, but mine is taking longer. No, you don't need to exit the country and enter again to validate your new WP.

Also do you have to flagpole when your PR is approved too?

Yes, you need to go to the border and do the landing when you get your PR.
