There is not a specific time between bvl and opr
Some applicants got bvl and opr on the same day
Some got opr after 4-5 days of bvl
Some got opr after 16days
I too have my bvl on 30th oct
Still waiting and frustrated

Received two at the same time to email. One for BVL and one for OPR

I got BVL on 4th nov , Abu Dhabi Office, AIP received on 17 Aug.

Still awaiting ppr, it's past 48 hours.

I received OPR after 18 days of receiving BVL
