Today I received a Biometric Validation Letter - Named as (Correspondence Letter) for my tourist visa. What does that mean?

When can I expect a refusal/approval after I get correspondence letter ?

These guys just don't reply! Must have raised at least 5.."We are processing your application" is all they say.. I am worried now..I heard approvals and refusals come pretty quickly after BVL
