Buy motor home now and land in a week?

I got PR approval and will land at Coutes by vehicle in about two weeks. Want to buy a motor home now and import it when we land. Probably have to finance it.
Will this be allowed if the seller gives permission?
Or, should I land and work on the import later? How much time do I have to import it if I land first and import later?

It's highly unlikely you will be able to export a vehicle you've financed in the US. Apparently, there are places that allow it because they have business in both the US and Canada, but look into it deeply before making such a commitment.

It'd save you a lot of hassle just to buy it in Canada. But if you think you will save enough money to make it worth it, you can do it. You have to give 72 hours notice to the US side before you can export it. So that doesn't leave you with much time.
