I'm an Indian citizen and currently working in USA (based out of New York). I recently applied online for business (visitor) visa. My application was submitted on 11th May and received a submission notification on 13th May in my online account. After that I have not received a single notification. Currently the processing time is reported as 21 days however my application has already been in the system for 25 working days. Could you please guide me on where I can raise query and find out what is happening with my application. Thanks a lot for your help.
